Kris Audette

What do you see as your biggest strength in VMA?

My biggest skill is problem solving. I've learned that when things don't go to plan, there's always a way to make it work.

What is one thing you achieved in the last 2 school years that you will remember for the rest of your life?

I've learned a lot about using different tools that will help me professionally and in other aspects of my life. Learning how to use a power drill was one of the highlights of this year.

What is one way you surprised yourself this year?

I surprised myself by realizing I enjoy the fabrication and creation of products.

What was a hard lesson you learned through your time in VMA?

Sometimes things don't go to plan and thats just part of the job. I've learned to go with the flow and sometimes these 'mistakes' turn out better than the original plan.

Is there a specific job you hope to get after graduation?

I want to work more with hard goods, doing something in either product styling or displays.
